As the General Manager of day-to-day operations, Steve excels in leading strategic planning and vision for the organization. Steve's personal values of honesty, transparency, and helping others learn and grow in their roles are evident in his leadership style. He prioritizes customer satisfaction and giving back to the community, always striving to make a positive impact. He values spending time with his family and friends, and beloved dog, Bruno.
