Owner

Storm Guard of DuPage, a home restoration company, is locally-owned and managed by Cedric Welch. Cedric and his wife Tiffany currently reside in Naperville and have lived in Illinois for over 17 years. The couple have two great kids. As a family we are very active in our church, supporting our kids school activities, as well as coaching youth sports. Prior to joining the Storm Guard family Cedric has been an Entrepreneur and held Corporate Leadership roles for Fortune 500 Companies. Cedric left behind Corporate America to start a small business that would provide trustworthy, honest, and dedicated service to the community. The communities we serve are very important to us at Storm Guard of DuPage, as such, we pledge to provide our customers (and neighbors) with superior customer service, work with integrity and honesty, and deliver high quality exterior systems.

Drone Pilot and Marketing Manager

David Stasinos is an accomplished FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot and Marketing Manager, currently working at Storm Guard of DuPage. With a diverse professional background spanning over three decades, David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Prior to his current position, David worked his way through school, gaining invaluable experience at his father's construction company. Following this, he spent 24 years as an Electronics Engineer, followed by 11 years as a Software Engineer. Additionally, David successfully operated his own business for five years, specializing in both website and software development for small businesses, while also utilizing his drone license to perform roof measurements for clients. In his current role, David's responsibilities encompass both piloting drones for roof inspections and managing various marketing functions for Storm Guard of DuPage.

Sales Manager

Nathan Thacker is an experienced Sales Manager with a strong track record of success in managing sales teams and providing excellent customer support. With over 15 years in sales, Nathan has serviced thousands of customers, consistently delivering exceptional results. As a Sales Manager, Nathan is responsible for overseeing and guiding his team of salesmen, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and support to meet their targets and achieve their goals. He also conducts training sessions, equipping his team members with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. Nathan's personal values play a significant role in his professional life.He prioritizes family and encourages his team members to do the same, recognizing that having a strong support system at home is a powerful motivator for hard work and dedication. Acting with confidence and integrity is a cornerstone of Nathan's approach, and he believes in doing what he says he will do. 

Sales Manager

Shawn Hanke is a highly accomplished Sales Manager with a distinguished background in the Air Force. With over 23.5 years of dedicated service to his country, Shawn brings a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence to his current role. In addition to his military career, he has also served an additional 4 years in Civil Service. Throughout his tenure, Shawn has been recognized for his exceptional performance, receiving 2 medals of Meritorious Service, 3 medals of Commendation, and 3 Medals of Achievement. He notably served in 2 Gulf Wars, demonstrating his resilience and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. As a Sales Manager, Shawn is responsible for soliciting leads, assisting customers in filing claims, conducting color meetings, and ultimately closing deals. He values quality over quantity and takes great pride in delivering superior customer service to each and every client. Shawn's dedication to his work is evident in his personal values, which emphasize the importance of providing the best service possible.

Matt Ulivieri is a dedicated Sales Rep with a specialization in storm damage assessment and insurance claims representation in the roofing industry. With a keen eye for detail and superior communication skills, Matt excels in understanding client needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the entire roofing process. Having garnered a comprehensive understanding of storm damage assessment and insurance claims processes, Matt offers homeowners peace of mind and professional support at every step of their roofing journey.
