Janice's personal values are rooted in her grandfather's teachings, which emphasize the importance of every role in a business and the belief that a leader should never ask someone to do something they are not willing to do themselves. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her commitment to supporting every role within the organization, except for tasks that involve heights, as she has a fear of them.

Outside of work, Janice enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in activities such as wake surfing, camping, and hiking. She also has a passion for animals and is the proud owner of a 100 lb. American Bully, three Nigerian Dwarf goats, and a growing flock of chickens.

Russ Barber is a highly accomplished Franchise Owner with a strong background in HVAC. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has successfully transitioned into sales and has become a trusted expert in his industry. He values the importance of taking care of customers and always doing the right thing. Russ is known for his honesty, personable nature, and ability to listen attentively to his customers' needs. 

Russ has been recognized for his exceptional performance, having been awarded the prestigious Rainmaker of the year title not once, but twice, in both 2018 and 2023. He also holds the prestigious title of cornhole champion at Storm Guard Halloween parties, showcasing his competitive spirit and ability to have fun.

Outside of work, Russ enjoys a variety of non-work-related interests. He loves spending time on his boat, riding motorcycles, and camping. Family is also a top priority for Russ, as he cherishes the moments spent with his wife and boys. Additionally, he finds joy in the company of his two puppies Daisy and Dobby and enjoys traveling to explore new places.

Despite his successful career in HVAC and roofing, Russ humorously admits that he sometimes wishes he were a cowboy. 

Office Admin

Jessica Barber is an experienced Office Admin with a diverse skill set and a strong customer relationship background. With a career spanning over 19 years as a stay-at-home mom, Jessica's transition to the professional world has been seamless. Currently working alongside her husband Russ at Storm Guard, she excels in answering calls, scheduling inspections, pulling permits, managing accounts receivable, handling bookkeeping tasks, and conducting final roof inspections.

As the voice behind the calls, she understands the importance of making customers feel heard and valued. She is always available to address any questions or concerns they may have, striving to provide exceptional service.

Outside of work, Jessica values spending quality time with her family, making it her top priority. She also finds fulfillment in mentoring high school girls, sharing her experiences and guiding them towards success. An avid Disney enthusiast, Jessica's love for the magical world is evident. She enjoys traveling with her best friend Russ and her boys, embracing outdoor activities such as camping and boating, and cherishing moments with friends. She also finds so much fun in her puppies Daisy and Dobby. Adding a touch of humor, Jessica fondly recalls attending the real Oktoberfest in Germany with her husband and friends, despite not having a penchant for alcoholic beverages.

Production Manager

Jenny Hart is a highly experienced Production Manager with a strong background in roofing and construction. With 9 years of experience in the industry, Jenny possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of insurance companies' supplement requests, bid requests, and coordinating sub-contractor work. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that all jobs are completed to the highest standard. 

In addition to her expertise in the field, Jenny also brings 13 years of call center experience, where she honed her exceptional customer service skills. She has a proven track record of providing top-notch service to both homeowners and insurance companies, earning her an elevated service level award.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys various outdoor activities such as camping, boating, snowboarding, skiing, and hiking. She also has a passion for music and attends concerts whenever possible. Above all, she cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends.

Production Coordinator

Cameron Barber is a highly skilled Production Coordinator with extensive experience in overseeing and managing construction projects. With a keen eye for detail and a strong dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process, Cameron excels in his role.

In his current position, Cameron is responsible for coordinating the production side of projects. He diligently ensures that the crew has all the necessary equipment and materials, and promptly addresses any additional requirements. Cameron's expertise extends to setting ladders for inspections and capturing comprehensive photographs of the construction progress, documenting the before, during, and after stages.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Cameron places great importance on his family. Being part of a family business holds a special significance to him, and he values the strong bonds he shares with his loved ones. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with friends, hitting the gym, and cherishing moments with his family.

Marketing Assistant

Isabel Lopez is a Marketing Assistant with a passion for creating engaging content and utilizing social media platforms to reach a wider audience. With a Bachelor of Arts in digital film making from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Isabel brings a unique perspective and creative flair to her role.

In her current position, Isabel is responsible for creating captivating social media posts for Facebook and Instagram. She understands the importance of creating visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience. Additionally, Isabel excels in creating and editing training videos, ensuring that information is conveyed effectively and efficiently.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Isabel enjoys spending quality time with her family on the lake. She also has a passion for photography and runs her own photography business. In her spare time, Isabel enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes.
